If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided by Swift Booking, we will be happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your first payment for your subscription, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To request a refund, please complete our contact form with the subject "Refund" and specify the reason for the refund, your full name and email address. We will endeavour to look into your request and, if eligible, provide a full refund within 30 calendar days. Refunds are paid via the same method as was used to pay for our services and cannot be made to a different account.
